CONFIRM YOUR GROUP BOOKING

Let our Romance Travel Specialist do the research for your big day and start the process to get you closer to “I do”. During this time a plan to go agreement will need to be signed when a destination has been decided on by the couple. This is our go ahead that we are working together exclusively. We will confirm a group booking. Place a deposit with the supplier and we can hold space for up to 90 days for your guests to book into. It’s your time to sit back and relax.

CONFIRM YOUR WEDDING

Our Romance Travel Specialist will help you confirm your ceremony and reception locations with the resort or off resort property.

SAVE THE DATE INSERT & digital booking form

We will provide you a save the date insert with all the important details about your big day. We will also provide you with a custom digital booking form for your wedding group that is available 24/7. Both forms can be used on a wedding website, email or any type of digital media that you can send out to your guests to let them know about your big day and all the travel details.

LET THE excitement set in and the FUN BEGIN.

Let our Romance Travel Specialist help you liaison with the resort and be the point of contact for your guests to ask questions and book them into your group. The couple will always know of their guests booked into their group since we provide a tally and manage guest RSVP’s. One less stress for you!
